1. Return/complaint form

Complete the return/complaint form (sample template below) and attach it to the shipment. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.

2. Returning the product

When submitting a complaint, please return the product together with all its accessories and a document confirming the purchase. If there is a need to refund funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will refund the amount to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party's payment card.

COMMENTS:

The consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason if the buyer has opened the sealed packaging of an audio, visual recording or computer program (provision of the Act).

Information on the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement Pursuant to Art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), a consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it in writing without giving a reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs referred to in Art. 33, art. 34 section 2 and art. 35. It is possible to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent by post to the address of the PASLAND headquarters, ul. Warszawska 93, 05-092 Łomianki or electronically to the e-mail address: pasland@pasland.pl. The 14-day period is counted from the date of delivery of the item, understood as taking possession of the item by the consumer or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the consumer. The goods must be returned immediately after submitting the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, no later than within 14 days, in an unchanged condition. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract for goods purchased in a set with another product, the entire set will be returned. The consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the item resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. The costs of directly sending (returning) the goods to the Seller in connection with withdrawal from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods are borne by the consumer. If the consumer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the consumer. The right to withdraw from an off-premises or distance contract is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts:

  • for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the Seller has completed the service, he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract;
  • in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs;
  • in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery;
  • for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with the consumer's express consent before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract and after the entrepreneur informed him about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract;
  • in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.
