1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This privacy policy of the Online Store is for information purposes only, which means that it is not a source of obligations for Service Recipients or Customers of the Online Store. The price offer presented is for information purposes only, does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Art. 66 par. 1 of the Civil Code and does not reflect current stock levels.
1.2. The controller of personal data collected via the Online Store is the company PASLAND Stanisław Paszcza, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland, kept by the minister responsible for economic affairs, with: business address and correspondence address: ul. Warszawska 93. 05-092 Łomianki, NIP 6761007875, e-mail address: pasland@pasland.pl – hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator” and being both the Service Provider of the Online Store and the Seller.
1.3. Personal data of the Service Recipient and the Customer are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133, item 883, as amended) (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Protection Act) and the Act on the provision of electronic services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
1.4. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him/her are processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with these purposes; substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form which allows identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
1.5. All words, expressions and acronyms appearing on this website and starting with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) should be understood in accordance with their definitions contained in the Online Store Regulations available on the Online Store website.
2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
2.1. Each time, the purpose, scope and recipients of data processed by the Administrator result from the actions taken by the Service User or the Customer in the Online Store. For example, if the Customer chooses personal collection instead of courier delivery when placing an Order, their personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing the Sales Agreement, but will no longer be made available to the carrier carrying out shipments on behalf of the Administrator.
2.2. Possible purposes of collecting personal data of Service Users or Customers by the Administrator:
2.2.1. conclusion and performance of a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service (e.g. Account).
2.2.2. direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services.
2.3. Possible recipients of personal data of Online Store Customers:
2.3.1. In the case of a Customer who uses electronic payment or payment card in the Online Store, the Administrator provides the collected personal data of the Customer to the selected entity handling the above payments in the Online Store.
2.4. The Administrator may process the following personal data of Service Recipients or Customers using the Online Store: name and surname; e-mail address.
2.5. Providing personal data referred to in the point above may be necessary to conclude and perform the Sales Agreement or the agreement for the provision of Electronic Services in the Online Store. Each time, the scope of data required to conclude the agreement is indicated in advance on the website of the Online Store and in the Regulations of the Online Store.
3. COOKIES AND OPERATIONAL DATA
3.1. Cookies are small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved on the side of the person visiting the Online Store website (e.g. on the hard drive of a computer, laptop, or on the memory card of a smartphone - depending on what device the visitor to our Online Store uses). 3.2. The Administrator may process data contained in Cookies when visitors use the Online Store website for the following purposes:
3.2.1. identifying Service Users as logged in to the Online Store and showing that they are logged in;
3.2.2. remembering Products added to the cart for the purpose of placing an Order;
3.2.3. remembering data from completed Order Forms, surveys or login data to the Online Store;
3.2.4. customizing the content of the Online Store website to the individual preferences of the Service Recipient (e.g. regarding colors, font size, page layout) and optimizing the use of the Online Store websites;
3.2.5. keeping anonymous statistics showing how the Online Store website is used in the administration panel and Google Analytics
3.2.6. creating remarketing lists based on information about behavior, interests and demographics and then sharing these lists in AdWords and Facebook Ads.
3.2.7. Use of Demographic and Interest Data in Analytics Reporting.
3.2.8. creating segments based on demographic and interest data.
3.3. By default, most web browsers available on the market accept the saving of Cookies by default. Everyone has the ability to specify the terms of use of Cookies using the settings of their own web browser. This means that, for example, you can partially limit (e.g. temporarily) or completely disable the ability to save Cookies - in the latter case, however, this may affect some functionalities of the Online Store (for example, it may be impossible to go through the Order path via the Order Form due to the Products not being remembered in the basket during the subsequent steps of placing the Order).
3.4. The settings of the web browser regarding Cookies are important from the point of view of consent to the use of Cookies by our Online Store - in accordance with the regulations, such consent may also be expressed through the settings of the web browser. In the absence of such consent, the settings of the web browser regarding Cookies should be changed accordingly.

The Administrator also processes anonymized operational data related to the use of the Online Store (so-called logs - IP address, domain) to generate statistics helpful in the administration of the Online Store. This data is aggregated and anonymous, i.e. it does not contain features identifying persons visiting the Online Store website. Logs are not disclosed to third parties.
4. BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
4.1. The provision of personal data by the Service Recipient or Customer is voluntary, however, failure to provide the personal data indicated on the website of the Online Store and in the Regulations of the Online Store, necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement or the agreement for the provision of Electronic Services, results in the impossibility of concluding said agreement.
4.2. The basis for processing the personal data of the Service Recipient or the Customer is the need to perform the contract to which they are a party or to take action at their request before its conclusion. In the case of data processing for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the basis for such processing is (1) the prior consent of the Service Recipient or the Customer or (2) the fulfillment of legally justified purposes implemented by the Administrator (in accordance with art. 23 sec. 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act, a legally justified purpose is in particular direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services).
5. THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECT YOUR DATA
5.1. The Service Recipient or Customer has the right to access the content of their personal data and to correct them.
5.2. Every person has the right to control the processing of data concerning them, contained in the Administrator's data set, and in particular the right to: request the supplementation, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their removal, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
5.3. If the Service Recipient or Customer grants consent to the processing of data for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the consent may be withdrawn at any time.
5.4. If the Administrator intends to process or processes the data of the Service Recipient or Customer for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the data subject is also entitled to (1) submit a written, reasoned request to cease processing of his or her data due to his or her special situation or to (2) object to the processing of his or her data.
5.5. In order to exercise the rights referred to above, you can contact the Administrator by sending an appropriate message in writing or by e-mail to the Administrator's address indicated at the beginning of this privacy policy.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The Online Store may contain links to other websites. The Administrator encourages you to read the privacy policy established there after going to other websites. This privacy policy applies only to this Online Store.
6.2. The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data subject to protection, and in particular protects data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations and change, loss, damage or destruction.
6.3. The Administrator shall provide the following technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically:
